1. What is Aleph?
Aleph is a month-long Pop-Up City taking place in the heart of Buenos Aires this August.
Inspired by Borges’ concept of the Aleph—a point in space that contains all other spaces at once—this initiative embodies a dynamic convergence of innovators and visionaries.
For the entire month, the best local talent and founders will gather alongside the world's brightest minds to build, learn & live together.
Aleph will be a place for building, learning, networking, mentoring, workshops, prototyping, participating in demo days, holding summits & more!
2. Aleph Essentials
When: Monday August 5th - September September 1st, 2024
Where: Colegiales/Palermo, Buenos Aires, Argentina
What: Startup-focused Pop-Up City with an open, ‘Devconnect’ style calendar with programming across crypto, startups, wellness, culture & the future of Crecimiento
Why: Catalyze crypto solutions, tackle economic challenges, & fuel innovation in Argentina
Who: 1,000+ founders, startups, builders, experts, researchers, government, & public policy leaders
3. Why Aleph?
At Crecimiento, our bold mission is to transform Argentina into a global powerhouse for startups and crypto innovation, bringing financial prosperity to millions. Aleph is our first Pop-Up to accelerate the movement.
Pop-Up cities and villages have proven to be excellent catalyzers for innovation and cooperation. Unlike traditional conferences, Pop-Up Cities offer a holistic experience where participants live, work, and explore together for an extended period, creating a vibrant community that integrates multiple aspects of life and allows ideas to flourish.
Aleph will harness the power of Pop-Up Cities to trigger a new era of innovation in Argentina. Uniquely, Aleph will also be taking place inside a crypto-enabled regulatory sandbox. This means Aleph Citizens and startups will be able to experiment with products and services related to DePin, AI, IoT, ZK, RWA tokenization and DAOs. More information on the specifics for builders and founders will be announced soon.
Aleph brings together leading Argentine, Latam and global founders, investors, educators, researchers, community builders, developers, regulators, and visionaries from all walks of life, making Buenos Aires THE place to be for crypto during August.
P.s. Argentina has amazing winter activities! Enjoy skiing and snowboarding in Patagonia, and explore the world-renowned wineries in Mendoza. Also, Buenos Aires offers a unique blend of tradition and modernity that will make your stay unforgettable.
4. What to Expect
