How to host your own event during Aleph
Crecimiento is first and foremost a movement, and we want our community to feel as much ownership as we do. Create and host your side event!
Although we’ve lined up a packed agenda for Aleph, we’re giving you the chance to set up any conferences, meetups, or activities that you think will make a difference.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you get started!
The Aleph Experience
Aleph is a month-long Pop-Up City taking place in the heart of Buenos Aires this August.
For the entire month, the best local talent and founders will gather alongside the world's brightest minds to build, learn & live together.
The Aleph Experience will primarily be focused within a three-block radius in the green, vibrant heart of Buenos Aires: Colegiales/Palermo.
Aleph’s Open Calendar
The Aleph experience is inspired by events like Devconnect.
Many events are independently hosted and require signing up on the Aleph calendar here.
Anyone is encouraged to host their own event: individuals, communities, universities, projects, etc.
Conferences, meetups, workshops, social/sports activities, dinners, and more. No limit to your creativity!
Organizing your event
You can create two types of events:
Events for Aleph Citizens
Everyone with an Aleph ticket can create an event hosted within Aleph’s venues. From workshops and talks, to football games and social hangouts. Let your imagination flow!
Check out Aleph’s Open Calendar to find a venue or room that’s free.
Add your event, select the venue you want, and provide as much information as possible
Share it with other Aleph Citizens
💡 Note — Beware that these events will only be available to Aleph Citizens with access to the venue you select. If you want to organize a bigger event that includes the wider community, check the next section.
Big events for Wider Community
Host larger events that engage the wider community and add them to Aleph's calendar. This is ideal for organizing hackathons, summits, or one-day conferences.
These events will have separate tickets from Aleph's standard tickets, giving you the flexibility to invite anyone, regardless of their access to other Aleph activities.
